Indulge your appetite for incomparable cycling, supreme wines, and local fare in Colorado Wine Country!

Imagine an open air feast for the eyes, the palate, and the soul. Delicious fare, the smell of the earth, and fresh local food.

Imagine . . .  a. private table tucked away in a quiet orchard, with views of Mount Garfield & the Bookcliffs in the distance.

Celebrate the gifts of the land with us as we introduce a new culinary experience on our Colorado Wine Country Self-guided Bike tour.

You’ll dine at Field to Fork, a private, locally owned farm set in the heart of wine country. Your transportation to and from the farm will be via horse-drawn carriage, allowing you to enjoy the wine country from a different perspective. Once at the farm, enjoy a 9-course tasting dinner, prepared by a classically trained chef.

Field To Fork CSA was started in the winter of 2011 by owners Scott and Jessica Washkowiak. Scott & Jessica started a small CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), that provided 30 area families with fresh produce weekly. In just 5 short years, the farm has grown from a small piece of land to a farm boasting 11 acres of annual fruits and vegetables and offering CSA to 100 families.
