Activity Levels

We’ve got activity levels for all abilities, from cruiser to avid cyclist. Each of our bicycle tours is matched with an activity level, based on both terrain and mileage. All tours have more than one level, leaving you the freedom to choose which level and route you’d like to ride. Whichever choice you make, you’ll always be able to ride at your own pace – we wouldn’t have it any other way!


Easy, laid-back, relaxed. You like to cruise! The theme for the day is quiet country roads and flat terrain with some small, manageable hills.


You’re a strong, confident and fit cyclist and ride on a regular basis. Routes have just enough rolling hills and climbs to get your heart pumping.


You’ve got legs! Not for the faint of heart, these routes are demanding and can include steep grades. They are designed for the serious, avid cyclist who rides frequently and is up for a challenge.

Mountain Biking

Our guided mountain bike trips are developed for intermediate mountain bikers. Typically, that means you can expect to ride around 10-15 miles per day with a decent amount of climbing. Anyone with average technical skills will be able to ride 95% of the terrain. There are always ride-arounds on anything difficult, and we’ll build in instructional time for any groups or riders that wish to learn more about mountain biking
