Itinerary

Park City Utah Guided Mountain Bike Tour

Day 1 – Arrive Park City, UT – Flying Dog Loop – 12 – 14 mi (19 – 23 km)

Upon your arrival into Park City, meet your tour guide for a welcome orientation and an overview of your routes. Then, set off for your first day of riding! Flying Dog Loop is a sun-exposed route and a great test for riders looking to gain some fitness and get used to the loose dirt Park City mountain biking has to offer. If you’re feeling bold and want to expand your riding repertoire to something a little more downhill-oriented, drop-in on some of the Bob’s Basin trails near the end of this route.

Meals: N/A | Lodging: Hotel, private home or condo

Day 2 – Round Valley – 11 mi (18 km)

Enjoy a hearty breakfast, then hit the trail! Like most of the trails in Park City, this loop is super accessible from just about anywhere in town. With a moderate climb/descend pattern, a good mix of fast and flow single track, nice vistas and a few tech rock gardens thrown into the mix to keep you honest, this neighborhood ride has a little something for everyone!

Breakfast included | Lodging: Hotel, private home or condo

Day 3 – Mid-Mountain Loop – 20 mi (32km)

The Mid-Mountain Loop features classic Wasatch single track with lots of climbing, descending and ridge-top riding through aspen and pine forests. Be sure to give yourself a bit of time to acclimate before this ride, as the trail sits around 8,000′ (2438m) above sea level. Reward your efforts following a spectacular day of riding with a cool beverage and some great cuisine at your farewell dinner.

Breakfast/dinner included | Lodging: Hotel, home or condo

Day 4 – Wasatch Crest – Departure – 13mi with shuttle (21km)

Wasatch Crest is one of those routes that satisfies the soul of anyone who likes to pedal a bike! It offers high alpine, 360-degree views just about the entire time – you’re definitely up there and out there! The Crest has multiple access points (Big Cottonwood Canyon, Mill Creek Canyon and Park City). Choose your own adventure and level of challenge. Starting from Park City will provide a good dose of moderate climbing and multiple loop options. This makes a good shuttle ride if you start from the top of Guardsman Pass.

Breakfast included | Lodging: N/A
